Totalitarianism: A political system of government in which the state holds total authority over the society. This was used by Dictator Benito Mussolini in the early 1920's.
Fascist: A system of government under a dictator that uses suppression of the opposition through terror and censorship. This was used in WW2 by Italy.
Communist: A form of socialism, a more advanced form, in which there is public ownership and communal control. In WW2 Russia was trying to spread communism throughout Europe.
Dictator: Someone who has absolute power over a country, with no checks and balances. Adolf Hitler was one example of a dictator in WW2.
